PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN SUGAR COOKIES 🍒

1 cup butter, 1½ cups sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, ½ cup sour cream, 3 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cornstarch, ½ tsp salt, pineapple slices 🍍, cherries, ½ cup melted butter, 1 cup brown sugar. 👉 Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream, then mix in dry ingredients. Spoon brown sugar–butter mix into pan, add pineapple and cherry, top with dough, and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Cool 10 min, invert, and let cool fully.
