Garlic Butter Chicken with Double Cheese Spaghetti

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 lb spaghetti
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions:
Cook the pasta: Boil spaghetti according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
Prepare the chicken: Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and let rest.
Make the sauce: In the same pan, melt butter, add minced garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Stir in parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted.
Combine: Toss half the pasta in the creamy cheese sauce. Leave the other half plain or mix with butter and herbs for a flavor contrast.
Slice the chicken and serve on top of both pasta varieties. Garnish with parsley and extra cheese.
