𝐃𝐎𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐄𝐀𝐓 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐮𝐛𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐜𝐡 🥪
Ingredients:
- 8 slices rye bread
- 1 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1/2 cup Russian dressing
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
Instructions:
1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of rye bread.
2. Place 4 slices of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
3. Layer each slice with 2 slices of Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, and 2 tablespoons of Russian dressing.
4. Top with the remaining 4 slices of bread, buttered side up.
5. Grill sandwiches until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Slice sandwiches in half and serve hot.
