There’s a trick to this and you have to be pretty precise with it.
This is 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt plain 0 points.
1 tablespoon of the crushed pineapple 0 points.
1 tablespoon of Jell-O, sugar-free white chocolate or cheesecake pudding 1 point.
2 tablespoons of Cool Whip 1 point.
Sometimes I even add a packet of Splenda or Monk fruit sweetener. I’ve even used a dash of sugar-free syrups before.
The trick is you really need to measure this stuff out & You have to mix this really really well.
I even let it sit a few minutes afterwards.
To me, it’s absolutely delicious 🤤. 
Total 🟰 2  points and it’s very filling. So, hopefully this will help someone who wants something sweet But also low in points.
