Ingredients for cake mix according to package directions
1 (5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup cold brewed coffee
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:
Prepare the cake: Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package directions and bake in a 9x13 inch pan. Let cool completely.
Make the mocha filling: In a medium bowl, whisk together instant chocolate pudding mix and coffee. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Poke holes: Use a toothpick or fork to poke holes evenly over the cooled cake.
Pour filling: Pour the mocha filling over the poked cake, ensuring the holes are filled.
Make the whipped cream: In a chilled bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add instant espresso powder and sugar, and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
