Easy Oven-Baked Pizza Wraps

4 flour tortillas (burrito size or smaller)
1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup pepperoni slices (or other pizza toppings like veggies, sausage, or olives)
1 tsp dried oregano (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)
Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce in the center of each tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Add your choice of toppings (pepperoni, veggies, sausage, etc.).
Sprinkle a pinch of dried oregano over the cheese for extra flavor.
3. Roll and Prepare for Baking:
Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to keep the fillings inside.
Place the wraps seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Brush with Olive Oil:
Lightly brush the tops of the pizza wraps with olive oil to help them crisp up in the oven.
5. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the wraps are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and the cheese has melted inside.
6. Serve:
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.
