Ingredients:
1 cup strong brewed coffee (chilled)
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
3 tbsp caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
2 tbsp granulated sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups ice cubes
Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
Brew & Chill: Prepare coffee ahead and refrigerate until cold (or use cold brew for smoother flavor).
Blend: In a blender, combine chilled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, sugar, vanilla, and ice. Blend on high until smooth and frothy (30β45 seconds).
Adjust Texture: For a thicker frappΓ©, add more ice; for a lighter drink, add a splash more milk.
Serve: Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, and drizzle generously with extra caramel.
