Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients:

4 lobster tails (5–6 oz each), thawed if frozen

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center to the base, then gently lift the meat and rest it on top of the shell.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the lobster meat generously with this mixture.

Place lobster tails on a baking tray and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until meat is opaque and cooked through.

While lobster tails are baking, heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons butter and the remaining garlic. Cook until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy. Add lemon juice and adjust seasoning as needed.

Remove lobster tails from the oven and spoon the garlic cream sauce over the meat.

Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
