- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary or other herbs (1 gram)

directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, chia seeds, salt, and optional dried rosemary.
3. Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
5. Carefully peel off the top layer of parchment paper. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into desired cracker shapes.
