STRAWBERRY CAPRESE SALAD
Sweet, juicy strawberries paired with fresh mozzarella, basil, and a simple honey balsamic vinaigrette. It's perfect for picnics, cookouts, or parties and a delicious way to take advantage of fresh strawberry season! 🍓✨️🇮🇹

RECIPE - Serves 6
Ingredients 🛒
1Kg/2.2lbs Strawberries, halved
300g/10.5oz Mozzarella Balls, halved
1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil

Vinaigrette Dressing:
3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp Evo Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Honey
Salt & Pepper

Method:
Whisk together all Ingredients for the vinaigrette.
In a large bowl, combine strawberries, mozzarella and basil. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently to coat.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with extra basil and freshly ground pepper.
