Keto Coleslaw!
A favorite side dish of Summer!
1 16oz bag of coleslaw veggie mix
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp Yellow Mustard
3 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Monk Fruit sweetener
1 tsp Celery Salt
Combine all ingredients for dressing thoroughly with a wisk. You can add extra S&P or monkfruit to taste.
Once happy with dressing, stir in cabbage mix.
Chill or Serve Fresh!
