Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 cup erythritol (or other keto-friendly sweetener), 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce, 1/4 cup butter, melted, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 8 oz cream cheese, softened, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup erythritol (for cheesecake layer), 1 egg (for cheesecake layer), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cheesecake layer).
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, combine applesauce, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Then, stir in the dry ingredients until well combined.
4. Spread the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
5. In another bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, erythritol, egg, and vanilla until smooth for the cheesecake layer.
6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer and swirl gently with a knife.
7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until firm.
8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
