Cajun Grilled Steak with Alabama White Sauce

Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 (1-inch thick) boneless ribeye steak
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For the Alabama White Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Steak: In a medium bowl, combine steak with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Grill the Steak: Grill steak over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes per side, or until desired level of doneness.
Make the Alabama White Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
Serve: Serve grilled steak with Alabama white sauce.
Tips:
For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning or hot sauce.
You can also bake the steak in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
