🧀 Cranberry, Thyme, and Pistachio Baked Camembert 🧀
An elegant, gooey cheese appetizer perfect for festive gatherings. Sweet cranberries, earthy thyme, and crunchy pistachios complement the creamy Camembert beautifully!
Ingredients:
1 wheel of Camembert or Brie
1/4 cup cranberry sauce or fresh cranberries
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Directions:
Prep the Cheese: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the Camembert on a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Add Toppings: Spoon the cranberry sauce over the top of the cheese. Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with fresh thyme and chopped pistachios.
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is warm and gooey.
Serve: Remove from oven and let it cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy with crackers or slices of baguette.
