Ingredients:
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare the Potatoes:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
