𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐠𝐨 𝐅𝐢𝐳𝐳 𝐜𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥?
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Club soda
- Angostura bitters
- Ice
Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
2. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds to chill the cocktail and create a frothy texture.
4. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
5. Top off the glass with club soda for some effervescence.
6. Finish off by garnishing with a few dashes of Angostura bitters on top.
