- 1 pound rotini pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 cup reserved pasta cooking water
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Fresh parsley for garnish
📝 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, shredded chicken, heavy cream, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and reserved pasta water. Mix well.
