🇮🇹 Baci di Dama (Lady’s Kisses)
These buttery almond cookies sandwiched with chocolate are a melt-in-your-mouth Italian delight!
Ingredients:
• 100 g ground almonds
• 100 g flour
• 100 g butter, cold
• 100 g sugar
• 80 g dark chocolate
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix almonds, flour, sugar, and cold butter into a dough. Chill 30 mins.
2️⃣ Shape into tiny balls. Bake at 160°C for 15 mins.
3️⃣ Melt chocolate and use to sandwich pairs of cookies.
4️⃣ Let set before serving.
