Ingredients:

36 Oreos, finely crushed

1 stick unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding

2 cups milk

1/2 teaspoon mint extract

1/4 cup green sprinkles (optional)

2 cups chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping, creating a creamy layer.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust.

In another bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding with the milk and mint extract until thickened. Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.

Top with chocolate chips (optional) and green sprinkles (optional) for added festivity.
