Ingredients:
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced 🍗
1 cup mixed lettuce or romaine 🥬
1/2 cucumber, sliced 🥒
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced 🧅
Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿
Olive oil & lemon juice for dressing 🫒🍋
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
Instructions:
Season and grill the chicken breast until fully cooked and juicy, then slice.
In a bowl, add lettuce as your base.
Top with cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
Add the grilled chicken slices on top.
Drizzle with olive oil, squeeze lemon juice, and season with salt & pepper.
Sprinkle parsley and enjoy your light, healthy salad!
