Ingredients:
12 oz rigatoni pasta
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned.
Stir in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and minced garlic. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Add Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked rigatoni pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy Cajun sauce.
