Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
**Ingredients:
**For the Filling:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
**For the Dough:
- 1 can (8 pieces) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
**Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cook ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
3. Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat. Let cool slightly and stir in shredded cheese.
4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch round. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center.
5. Fold and seal edges to form a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
6. Brush each bomb with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan.
7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
