1. Ingredients:
- 6 pounds apples (peeled, cored, and chopped)
- 2 cups sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2. Instructions:
1. Cook Apples: Place apples in a large pot or slow cooker. Cook on low heat until apples are soft, about 4-6 hours.
2. Blend: Puree the cooked apples using an immersion blender or food processor until smooth.
