Cheesy Tortellini Alfredo with Grilled Steak Slices

Ingredients:

1 lb cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, sliced thin
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak slices with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until it’s cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, until it thickens slightly.
5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese, allowing them to melt into the sauce.
6. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the creamy sauce.
7. Arrange the grilled steak slices on top of the cheesy tortellini Alfredo.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
