Ingredients:
For Chicken:
β’ 3 boneless chicken breasts
β’ 2 tbsp olive oil
β’ 1 tsp garlic powder
β’ 1 tsp smoked paprika
β’ Salt & pepper to taste
For Alfredo Pasta:
β’ 8 oz fettuccine
β’ 1 cup heavy cream
β’ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
β’ 2 tbsp butter
β’ Salt & black pepper
For Baby Potatoes:
β’ 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
β’ 1 tbsp olive oil
β’ 1 tsp dried parsley
β’ Salt & garlic powder to taste

Instructions:
1. Roast the Potatoes:
β’ Toss halved potatoes in olive oil, parsley, garlic powder, and salt.
β’ Bake at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 25β30 mins until golden.
2. Cook the Pasta:
β’ Boil pasta until al dente. In a pan, melt butter, add cream and Parmesan.
β’ Simmer until creamy, then toss in pasta.
3. Grill the Chicken:
β’ Season chicken with spices. Grill or pan-sear 5β6 mins per side until cooked and charred.
