Loaded Chicken Tater Tot Casserole 🥓🧀
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped parsley or green onions
3 cups frozen tater tots
1 cup shredded cheese (for topping)
6 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, cheddar, and parsley.
3. Spread into a greased 9x13" baking dish.
4. Top with tater tots in a single layer.
5. Sprinkle extra cheese and crumbled bacon over top.
6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
7. Garnish with extra parsley and serve hot!
