Fu*ck Me In The Dark Night
Ingredients
2 oz black vodka (or regular vodka with activated charcoal for a dark effect)
1 oz crème de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)
½ oz espresso or cold brew coffee
½ oz vanilla syrup (or simple syrup)
1 dash chocolate bitters (optional, for depth)
Ice cubes
Garnish:
Dark chocolate shavings or cocoa powder
Black cherry or blackberry on a cocktail pick
Instructions
Chill the Glass
Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer for a few minutes to get it frosty.
Mix the Cocktail
In a shaker, combine black vodka, crème de cassis, espresso, vanilla syrup, and chocolate bitters (if using).
Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain & Serve
Strain into the chilled glass for a sleek, elegant pour.
Garnish & Enjoy
Sprinkle dark chocolate shavings or a light dusting of cocoa powder on top.
