Chocolate-Covered Mint Patties

Ingredients:

๐Ÿฌ Powdered sugar,
๐ŸŒฟ Peppermint extract,
๐Ÿงด Coconut oil,
๐Ÿฅ› Heavy cream (for melting chocolate),
๐Ÿง‚ Pinch of salt (optional)

Directions:
1๏ธโƒฃ In a medium-sized bowl, combine powdered sugar and peppermint extract. Add a splash of water (or a few tablespoons of milk) until a thick dough forms.
2๏ธโƒฃ Roll the mixture into small balls and then flatten each ball into a patty shape using your hands.
3๏ธโƒฃ Arrange the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place them in the freezer to chill for at least 30 minutes.
