For the Cake:
• 2 cups flour
• 1 ½ cups sugar
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• ¾ cup oil
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 8 oz cream cheese
For the Frosting:
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 4 tbsp butter
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp milk (adjust as needed)
