Soft and Chewy M&M Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups M&M candies (plus extra for topping)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
Fold in the chocolate chips and M&M candies until evenly distributed.
Scoop out cookie dough balls (about 2 tablespoons each) and place them on the prepared baking sheets.
Gently press a few extra M&Ms on top of each dough ball for a colorful finish.
Bake for 9–11 minutes or until the edges are set and the centers are still soft.
Let the cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Tips:
Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies.
Don't overbake—take them out while slightly underdone for that perfect chewy texture.
