- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed) | 25g
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion | 15g
- 2 tablespoons olive oil | 30ml
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin | 2g
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander | 1g
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika | 1g
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder | 0.5g
- ¼ teaspoon salt | 1g
- Pinch of black pepper | 0.5g

directions:
1. In a large bowl, mash the cooked sweet potato and the rinsed and drained chickpeas together until mostly smooth but with some texture remaining.
2. Add the breadcrumbs, chopped red onion, olive oil, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
