2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
For the Fries 🍟:
3–4 medium potatoes (or 500g frozen fries)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt to taste
For the Creamy Garlic Ranch Sauce 🧄🥣:
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions
Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then grill or pan-fry until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest, then slice. If using fresh potatoes, cut into fries and bake or air-fry at 200°C (400°F) with a little oil and salt until crisp (25–30 mins). Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Assemble the bowl: layer fries, top with sliced chicken, and generously drizzle with the garlic ranch sauce. Sprinkle parsley and optional chili flakes on top.
💡 Tips & Variations
Use store-bought fries for faster prep.
Try spicy mayo or BBQ sauce instead of ranch.
Add shredded cheese and bake for a "melted" version.
