🛒 Ingredients
For the Grilled Chicken 🍗:
2 large chicken breasts, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
For the Pasta & Sauce 🍝🧄:
300g (10.5 oz) penne pasta
1 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped
👨🍳 Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain. While the pasta cooks, season the chicken with olive oil, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then grill or pan-sear until golden and fully cooked. In a separate pan, sauté the bell peppers in olive oil until just tender. In another pan, melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant, add cream and Parmesan, and stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce, then fold in the grilled chicken and sautéed peppers. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
