🍄 Fettuccine ai Funghi
Creamy pasta dish made with mushrooms and fresh fettuccine, a northern Italian favorite.
Ingredients
• 12 oz fettuccine
• 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• Salt and pepper
• Parsley, chopped
Instructions
1️⃣ • Cook fettuccine until al dente.
2️⃣ • Sauté garlic in butter, add mushrooms.
3️⃣ • Cook until soft, season with salt and pepper.
4️⃣ • Add cream and simmer gently.
5️⃣ • Toss pasta with sauce, garnish with parsley.
