BROCCOLI HAM & CHEESE CRUSTLESS QUICHE 🥦🧀🍖🥘
This crustless quiche is a delicious, low carb lunch or dinner. It's super easy to make, taking only 30 minutes before it's ready to pop into the oven!
RECIPE: Serves 3-4
Ingredients 🛒
Broccoli Florets, cut in half or quartered depending on size
200g/7oz Bone-in-Ham, chopped
1 Small Onion, sliced
100g/3.5oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
8 Eggs, room temperature
3/4 Cup Double Cream/Heavy Cream
1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
In a skillet, add a little olive oil and teaspoon butter. Cook the onions and broccoli. When the onions have softened, stir in the ham and remove from heat. Transfer 3/4 of the filling to a 28cm butter greased dish.
Beat the eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper together and stir in the cheddar cheese. Pour over the filling and top with remaining broccoli, ham and onions.
Bake in oven for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, until set and top is golden.
