π Crispy Cinnamon Sugar Banana Chips π
Ingredients:
2 large slightly underripe bananas (firm, not too soft)
1 tbsp melted coconut oil (or olive oil)
1 tbsp granulated sugar
Β½ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Prep the bananas: Slice into thin, even rounds (about 1/8-inch thick).
Coat lightly: Toss banana slices with melted oil in a bowl.
Season: In a separate bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle over bananas and toss gently.
Air-fry: Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (work in batches if needed).
Cook at 320Β°F (160Β°C) for 8β10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Cool completely (theyβll crisp up further as they cool).
