Pepperoni Cheese Crisps
Ingredients:
- Sliced pepperoni
- Shredded cheese (such as mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend)
Optional:
- Italian seasonings or herbs
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
3. Arrange slices of pepperoni on the parchment, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each slice.
4. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crispy.
5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- These are perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.
