Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
3. Pour in the melted butter and mix with a fork or your hands until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Press about two-thirds of the crumble mixture evenly into the prepared pan to form the base.
