🇫🇷 Homemade Salade de Chèvre Chaud
A fresh salad topped with warm goat cheese, drizzled with honey.
Ingredients:
Mixed greens – 100g
Goat cheese rounds – 4 (about 120g)
Walnuts – 30g
Honey – 1 tbsp
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp
Baguette slices – 4, toasted
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Place goat cheese rounds on toasted baguette slices.
Bake for 5-7 minutes until warm and slightly melted.
Toss greens with olive oil and vinegar.
Top salad with goat cheese toasts and sprinkle with walnuts.
Drizzle honey over the cheese and serve immediately.
