This Vintage Ginger Slab Cake is a wonderfully spiced, moist cake perfect for any occasion. Ingredients:
🧈 Butter: 200g, softened
🍚 Caster sugar: 200g
πŸ₯š Eggs: 2
🍞 Self-raising flour: 250g
🍯 Golden syrup: 100g
🍢 Milk: 100ml

🍰 Baking soda: 1 tsp
Method:
🍳 Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and grease a rectangular baking tin (20x30cm).
🧈 Cream the butter and caster sugar together until light and fluffy.
