🇫🇷 Tartare de Saumon (Salmon Tartare)
Fresh, zesty, and perfectly seasoned—this salmon tartare is a chic and refreshing French starter.
📝 Ingredients:
• Fresh salmon fillet (skinless): 300 g
• Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
• Dijon mustard: 1 tsp
• Olive oil: 2 tbsp
• Chives (chopped): 1 tbsp
• Parsley (chopped): 1 tbsp
• Salt and pepper: to taste
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Dice salmon into very small cubes.
2️⃣ In a bowl, mix lemon juice, mustard, oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Add salmon and gently toss to coat.
