FROSTING�Ingredients:
1/2 cup salted butter, softened�4 oz cream cheese, softened�2 cups powdered sugar�Pinch of salt�Pink sprinkles (for decorating)
Instructions:
1 Preheat Oven & Line Pan:�Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).�Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2 Mix Dry Ingredients:�In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3 Cream Butter & Sugar:�In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
4 Add Eggs & Color:�Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.�Mix in a few drops of pink gel food coloring until the batter is a vibrant pink.
5 Combine Wet & Dry:�Alternately add the flour mixture and buttermilk to the batter, beginning and ending with the flour. Mix just until combined.
6 Fill & Bake:�Divide the batter evenly among cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.�Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.�Cool completely before frosting.
7 Make the Frosting:�In a clean bowl, beat together the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.�Gradually add powdered sugar and a pinch of salt, mixing until fluffy.
8 Frost & Decorate:�Pipe or spread the cream cheese frosting onto the cooled cupcakes.�Top with pink sprinkles for a festive, feminine finish.
