Keto Shopping Mall Pretzel Bites - Butter & Salt or Cinnamon Sugar
Ingredients
3/4c Almond flour
1/4c Coconut flour
1 1/2c Mozzarella - shredded
2tbsp - Cream cheese
1 large egg - beaten
Butter/Salt topping
2tbsp Butter
1tbsp Sea Salt- coarse
Cinnamon sugar topping
3tbsp Coconut oil
2tbsp Butter
1/2c Granulated Sweetener
2tbsp Ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°, line cookie sheet with parchment paper
2. Microwave safe bowl add cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese, microwave 1 minute
3. Stir until mixed. Add coconut flour, almond flour and beaten egg, mix until fully incorporated
4. Divide dough into 5 equal parts - roll each into 6"-8" logs. Cut each log into 8 pieces. Bake for 15 -20 minutes turning halfway
5. Butter & Salt - Melt butter in microwave. Roll pieces in butter, pour salt onto cookie sheet, toss buttered pieces in salt.
5. Cinnamon sugar - melt coconut oil and butter in microwave, mix cinnamon & sweetener together, pour mix onto cookie sheet, toss pieces in coconut oil/butter mixture, toss pieces in the cinnamon sugar mix.
