Ingredients:
🥥 Desiccated coconut: 200g
🍯 Condensed milk: 100g
🍫 Milk chocolate: 200g
🧂 Butter: 50g
🍚 Icing sugar: 150g
🥥 Toasted coconut flakes: 50g (for dusting)
Method:
🍳 Line a small square baking tin (20x20cm) with parchment paper.
🥥 Mix the desiccated coconut with the condensed milk and icing sugar until combined into a thick mixture.
🧈 Melt the butter and chocolate together in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
🥄 Press the coconut mixture into the prepared tin to form an even layer.
🍫 Pour the melted chocolate over the coconut layer, smoothing it to cover evenly.
