Ghost Leaves 👻🍂
Supplies:
- Real dried leaves (maple, oak, or any flat fall leaves)
- White acrylic paint or spray paint
- Black acrylic paint or permanent marker (for faces)
- Paintbrushes or foam sponges
- Newspaper or craft mat (for workspace)
- Optional: glitter, glow-in-the-dark paint, or string (for hanging garland)
Directions:
1. Collect flat, dried leaves — gently press them between book pages for a few days if needed.
2. Lay the leaves on newspaper or a craft mat.
3. Paint each leaf completely white, coating both sides if you’d like a cleaner finish. Let dry fully.
4. Using black paint or a marker, draw simple ghost faces — round eyes and open “O” mouths work perfectly!
5. Optional: Add a light coat of glow-in-the-dark paint or sprinkle fine glitter for a magical shimmer.
6. Once dry, use string or twine to hang them as a ghost leaf garland, or scatter them on a Halloween table display.
7. Watch your little ghost leaves “float” when a breeze passes — hauntingly cute!
