Old-Time Oven Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 1 large can sliced peaches (drained)
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon until a smooth batter forms.
3. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
4. Spoon the drained sliced peaches evenly over the batter; do not stir.
5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the batter is cooked through.
6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
