Spaghetti and Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 1 lb spaghetti
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
2. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
3. Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
4. In a large pot, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat.
5. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
6. Once the meatballs are done, add them to the marinara sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Serve the meatballs and marinara sauce over the cooked spaghetti and enjoy!
