• 150 g of sugar
• 3 egg yolks
• 200 g of wheat flour
• 300 g of cornfield
• 2 cditas of baking powder
• 1 vain essence tel
• ½ cup of grated coconut
• 400 g of dulce de leche (Arequipe)

1️⃣ Beat the margarine with the sugar until you get a soft and spongy cream.
2️⃣ Add the yolks one by one and the essence of vanilla, mixing well.
3️⃣ Incorporates the flour, cornstarch and baking powder previously sifted.
4️⃣ Gently knead until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass.
5️⃣ extends with a roller up to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cuts circles of 3 to 4 cm.
