- 2 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz soda water
- Orange slice, for garnish
- Ice
- Large wine glass

Instructions:
1. Fill the wine glass with ice cubes.
2. Add 3 oz of Aperol to the glass.
3. Top it off with 2 oz of Prosecco.
4. Finish with 1 oz of soda water.
5. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
6. Garnish with a slice of orange.
