4 medium potatoes 🥔
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
Salt to taste 🧂
1 tsp parsley (fresh or dried) 🌿
Instructions:
For the Fried Chicken Sandwiches:
In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken thighs in buttermilk, then coat them in the flour mixture.
Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer. Fry chicken for 4-6 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Assemble the sandwiches by placing a piece of fried chicken on each sesame bun, adding a handful of shredded lettuce, and drizzling with spicy mayo.
For the Wings:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, and garlic powder. Toss the wings in the sauce mixture until coated.
Spread the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
Garnish with fresh cilantro after baking.
For the Fries:
Cut potatoes into thin strips. Toss them in olive oil, salt, and parsley.
Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
